What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form (your name, your email, your studio, the size of it and what you tell us), and, if you open an account, the pupils, lessons, rates and invoices you keep in it. Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted; you can ask for deletion of your enquiry or your account data at any time by writing to us, and deletion of an account removes the register and the invoices in it.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd runs Lessonvo and nobody else receives your enquiry or your register. Payments are processed by Stripe, and email is sent by our email provider, both acting on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@lessonvo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
