Support is the people who make Lessonvo, not a ticket queue. Write about billing, about getting last term's pupils and rates into the register, or about whether it fits the way your studio teaches, and a person replies by email, usually within one working day.

If Lessonvo Pro is not what you thought it was, write within 14 days of paying and we refund that month in full, by email, with no form to fill in. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@lessonvo.com reaches the same people.
