What this service is

Lessonvo is software for running a music teaching studio: free worksheets that work out what lessons are worth, and a paid plan that keeps the timetable, the pupil register and the term invoices.

How we are paid

Lessonvo Pro is $16 a month, billed monthly by Ellul Solutions Ltd. We are the vendor and you pay us directly for the software: there is no intermediary, no agency and no commission from anybody else in it. It renews at $16 a month until you cancel it from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Lessonvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Lessonvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free sheet on this site with what it works out, and can be downloaded as a CSV.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic printed beside them on the figures you enter. What you charge, what you pay a teacher and what a parent agrees to are your decisions, and this site gives no advice on any of them.
